"I’ve been a customer with State Farm for years, but my experience with Elvia’s office has been extremely frustrating. For over a year, I’ve repeatedly called to get help with my car insurance, but I was never able to reach anyone by phone. Every time I called, no one answered, and I couldn’t even leave a voicemail. I had to rely on email communication to make any changes or get answers, which is very inconvenient when you need immediate assistance. Recently, I tried to add a new car to my policy and ran into the exact same problem—no one answered my calls, and I had to resort to email once again. This lack of communication and support has been going on for far too long, and I’m disappointed in the service. I’ve now decided to switch to another insurance company that can provide the support I need. UPDATE: Elvia personally reached out and called me after seeing my review and apologized about my experience. I appreciated her candor and the sincerity she expressed for the mishaps."
